Our Executive Board members are all volunteer postions. Each year, the Board puts in alot of time, and effort, to keep our club running. Feel Free to email any of these Board members if necessary at [email protected].
We are always looking for new members to join in on the Executive board, and provide new insight and ideas. Our fiscal Year begins July 1st. Elections Take place at the June Business meeting.

Welcome/"Big Sisters" Committee
Activities Committee: Works with newsletter editor, playgroups, board members and club members to schedule monthly activities for calendar. Also, tracks existing playgroups as well as helps to form new playgroups when the groups become too large, etc. She also helps organize new members into age-appropriate playgroups.
Newsletter Committee: Responsible for layout, formatting and gathering information from members and advertisers in order to publish monthly newsletter.
Playgroup Committee: Tracks existing playgroups as well as helps to form new playgroups when the groups become too large, etc. She also helps organize new members into age-appropriate playgroups.
Helping Hands/Sunshine Committee: Arranges for committee members to prepare meals for moms with new babies or who are undergoing a major stress. Sends cards to Mom for various occassions including birthdays, birth of a child, death in the family, sickness, etc. Also, helps to celebrate and recognize the births of our tiniest members.
Welcome/"Big Sisters" Committee: Calls new members and officially welcomes them to the club, answers any questions they may have and fields questions to the appropriate board or committee moms in the event an answer is not known. Also, matches new members to areas of interest within the chapter; follows up with members as indicated. Reports to the MVP with member related issues. Also, sets up "big sisters" for our newest members to help introduce and familiarize them with the Club.
As our chapter grows, we can increase our committees to fit the interests and needs of our members.
