And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood
of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh,
wherein is the breath of life, from under Heaven;
and every thing that is in the earth shall die.
Genesis: Chapter 6 Verse 17

3:1
Upon his return to the Earth God saw that the Giant’s war on mankind had been devastating. The few people whom they had not slaughtered were left to starve, as the earthbound angel’s insatiable appetites had consumed all of the livestock and produce man had. The Giants had even taken to eating one another to calm their unending hunger. They consumed the flesh and the bones and drank the blood, leaving nothing to waste.
The powerful leader Samyaza and the one known as Azazyel were the only angels left who stood over 200 cubits. The smaller fallen ones had taken to attacking the larger giants in groups, eating them alive. Just as Samyaza had feared, their original intentions had changed, giving way to the physical needs of the mundane world. Lucifer’s mighty army had become ungovernable savages, caring only about feeding themselves.
In a thundering rage God descended down to them, gathering the giants together in a violent storm. He could not let them corrupt the few humans left who still worshiped him. He needed a place where the giant’s blasphemy and killing would have no effect on his children. There was such a place, where men were godless, having no fear or love for their creator. The raging storm carried the giants across the waters to the land of the heathens, beyond the Mediterranean, in the middle of the great ocean. There he banished them all, leaving them to do what they pleased.
The angels looked out over the new landscape, seeing that wildlife and trees baring fruit were plentiful. Samyaza called out to the angelic army. Their remaining number was thirty-two.
“My brothers, fill your bellies with all that you see! But heed this; any one among you that turns on his own kind shall be dealt a painful death.”
A few did go on to meet their earthly ends by the hands of Samyaza and Azazyel. The rest agreed to follow their leader’s commands.
The angels, now twenty-four in number, along with thirty-two of their sons, came upon a small village of humans. Instead of slaughtering them, Samyaza decided to rule them. They would be worshiped as Gods among the men.
Azazyel oversaw the teaching of knowledge. They taught the humans of architecture, metalworking and the use of energies such as electricity and fuel burning. They built great machines to make their work not only possible, but also easier. The erection of tall buildings and structures became commonplace. Temples and statues in honor of the new Gods were many. Humans learned secret arts such as astronomy, herbal medicines and the creation of armor, readying themselves for war with the worshipers of the God of Israel. Samyaza led the men in constructing huge ships that would carry them over the waters.
It took hundreds of years to create an intelligent civilization with great cities and advanced technologies. It took thousands of years before their war would be possible.
For God would not allow the ships near the shores of any lands but their own. Terrible storms sank many vessels that got too close to Egypt, Judah, and Israel. They were free to explore the seas as they liked, but always had to return to their homeland, the kingdom of secret knowledge.
God’s angels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Suryal and Uriel went to him and told him that it had been Azazyel who’d overseen the forbidden teachings of technology to the humans. The creator traveled down into the mundane lands, looking over the great structures, the temples and walls of heavy stone, the homes filled with weapons and gold.
He saw women who had adorned themselves with shimmering jewelry and colorful garments. Their faces were painted with dyes to invoke the lusts of men. He saw some watching the heavens, recording the movements of the planets and stars. He saw others forging metals to create weapons of war and armor.
He watched men casting spells and chanting for better crops, good health and control of the weather. The same men gathered herbs and mixed them together for medicines. The people made wine and became drunk. They danced and celebrated in their fornication.
The Giants were worshiped as gods for their power and knowledge. They acted as deities over men, accepting prayers and sacrifices.
None were as pleased as Azazyel, the blasphemer and teacher of men. His betrayal had become an entire society of heathens.
God returned to the astral plane and instructed Michael and Raphael of Azazyel’s punishment. His death was to be slow and torturous. They descended to Earth and scooped the giant into the air. He struggled and growled in defiance as he was carried across the great sea and into the land of Israel. In the desert a huge pit opened up in the ground and Azazyel was cast into his grave. His screams echoed inside as they covered him over with heavy stones. There he would remain alive for hundreds of years.
Though the pains of hunger and thirst would take him, they would not kill him. His throat would become as dry and parched as sand in the hot sun. The cool touch of water would not be felt over his lips until the time of the great flood. The refreshment of the waters would only be enjoyed for a few short hours, until the depths overtook him. The substance he’d cry out for (over many excruciating decades) would come finally, and kill him.
The giants had corrupted his entire world. The few people that were left despised God for abandoning them. All except one man. He alone had kept the faith. His name was Enoch.
God heard his prayers and went to him. He fell to his knees before his creator.
“My Lord, you have listened to my prayers!”
“Yes, my son.”
“Evil devils plaque your kingdom. What would you have me do?”
God knew that he would need to begin again. There would be no saving the remaining inhabitants of the planet. The fallen ones had seen to that. They had ruined everything.
He swept the man up into the sky and carried him to the astral plane. He showed the human the legions of angels devoted to him. He took Enoch to Hell and they gazed out over Lucifer’s realm and the ones that had defied his will. God gave him visions of their eventual punishment and the forthcoming disaster of flood upon the Earth. Enoch was in awe of his creator’s power and asked what God would have him do.
God told him to record all he had seen into a book and warn others of the coming wrath. All that believed and worshiped him would be spared. Enoch returned to the mundane realm to spread the word of God.
He wrote everything into two books and told his sons to have people read his warnings. God then took Enoch from the earth forever.
When the time of the flood grew nearer, only one man held faith in his heart for God. His name was Noah. God descended to him and spoke.
“Noah, you shall build a great ship, for the land will soon be covered with flood.”
God left him to his work. It took Noah and his sons a hundred and twenty years to built the vessel that would keep them above the icy depths of God’s wrath.
On the day they were finished it began to rain. At the end of the second day the entire ground was soaked through. At the end of the fourth day the water covered the man’s feet and they took to higher ground.
The angel giants and their sons knew that God’s anger was upon them. They welcomed death as it grew closer. The mighty Samyaza knew that some would need to stay alive to continue the destruction of creation. He and his son Goliath would remain, along with five others: the angels Tamiel, Armors, Asaradel and the Nephilim sons, Amazarak and Barkayal. They filled five great ships with as many people as they could hold. Nearly six hundred humans, along with the seven fallen ones took to the seas.
On the tenth day all of the valleys were filled and by the twentieth the flood was deep enough to lift the great arks out of the mud.
Most of the humans in Israel and Egypt were already dead from drowning. The few that remained were dying of starvation. All of the animals had fled or drowned. The trees with fruit were far beneath the surface now. By the thirtieth day only the highest peaks could be seen.
On the night of the fortieth day the rain ceased. The following morning the clouds parted and the sun blazed brightly in a clear blue sky. The terrible storm was over. Many days passed before the ground in the valleys could be walked upon again. Noah and his family thanked God for sparing their lives.
The trees grew new bountiful fruit. Animals from distant lands repopulated the countryside. God returned to the highest of the astral planes to rest. Much of his power had been spent over the past few weeks. He was unaware of the ships that sailed the distant waters of the great sea.
The Angels and the Nephilim quietly waited for instructions from their master, Lucifer. He went to them and commanded that they set a course for Egypt. There they would settle, to begin their new civilization of knowledge. They were not to make their presence known to God. Lucifer promised that he would devise a plan to destroy the earth and steal God’s strength. He returned to Hell while Goliath, Samyaza and the others waited.
