Foresters' Day Program:
NFA is going to organize A seminar on "Transformation of organizations through conversations" on the occasion of Foresters' Day 2060 on Marg 4. Beside this, there is a prize distribution program too by chief guest, our honourable minister of Forests and Soil Conservation. Secretary of Forests and Soil Conservation Mr. Chandi Prasad Shrestha will also attend in the program as the guest. Best Foresters' Awardee is Mr. Ram Prasad Poudel. On the occasion Batuk Prasad Upadhyaya Memorial Prize as well as Govind Narsing Rayamajhi memorial prize will also distributed.

Background: Over the past few years the organizations are considered as a living system not as mechanical systems. This change in outlook has changed a lot in the thinking, behaving and taking action in many effective organizations. As a living system, organizations grow, they can be very healthy, they can be sick and can be dead as well. This highlights our capacities to make changes in organizations, transform it and even recreate it. In recent years, there are some very important nnovations in organizational development. The linguistic strategy of organizational development(OD) is one of these. In this seminar- the linguistic strategy of OD will be presented and how a new set of conversations can bring transformation in organizations will be discussed.
The seminar will last for about one and half hours.
