In the foothills of the Himalaya Kingdom of Nepal , local craftsmen using traditional methods, have been making this unique handmade Lokta Paper for centuries. Lokta paper is made from the inner bark of the "Daphne" bush which is a renewable resources as it has the ability of regenerating within three years. We are using Lokta paper which is extracted from the bark of Daphne Papyracea/Cannabina Lokta shrub regenerate after 6 to 8 years preserving the ecology of the Himalayan country Nepal.  The features of Lokta Paper are its unique texture, useful for persevering important documents for a long time and complete recyclable.
