 *Mipsy*
"The next time something bites me, it's going to get set on fire."
"I wish I didnt need those stupid shoes."

I recommend you max out Direct Group Damage, Group Haste and Damage Shields. Any spare skill poionts should be spent on Innate Magic Resistance and Innate Melee Haste.
Why Direct Group Damage?
As you progress into the game, you'll start to encounter more than one enemy very often. By Chapter 5 you'll almost always battle against 3 to 4 enemies. Group Damage will cut them all down to size with a maximum damage of 64.
Why Group Haste?
Although when maxed out, Group Haste doesn't haste you as much as most potions do, it saves wasting a turn for all your character to use a haste potion and you'll want to be fast in this game to defeat the enemy.
Why Damage Shields?
The higher the skill, the more damage it causes to the enemy, and the more protection it grants. Handy against enemy who use physical damage.
Why Innate Melee Defense?
Mipsy is the weakest character in the game, being a mage and all, and may die more often than the others, or need more healing. With a higher defence, she won't take as much damage as usual.
Why Innate Casting Haste?
Mipsy is slow but the faster she is at casting spells, the faster she'll get to cast another spell.
The numbers that appear in the brackets next to the skill is the level it should be when you've spent the skill point, not the amount of skill points you should spend on that skill at that point.
If you follow my guide, you'll get Mipsy at level 12, and will have 11 skill points to spend. I recommended you spend;
