| The ocean crashed against the dark rocks on the sea cliff... "Will this storm ever let loose?" I cried as a bolt of lightning split the bark of a tree in half. "I'll take that as a no..." "Lauran! Come back before the storm takes you away!" cried one of the villagers. These people of the Camron Village believed that when a storm doesn't pass within 3 days, it has come for one of the villagers. I was raised in the village when I lost my parents in a freak plane crash. "Lauran!" "Coming!" I shouted back struggling to walk through the strong wind. I stopped when I saw something sparkle in the few leaves left on the slit tree. "What's that?" I turned around and staggered toward the sparkle. I bent down to take a closer look when I noticed it's round shape. "Lauran! Come on girl!" called my guardian. "I'll be right there!" I wasn't sure if she heard me since an enormous thunder roared through the village causeing the ledge of the cliff to crack. I ignored it as my mind was on the round object in the tree. The light blue of the shell shimmered at the bolts of lightning flahing in the sky. As I picked the object up, one streek of lightning struck the broken cliff and I fell to the raging ocean below, the egg safe in my arms. That was the last thing I remembered... I woke on the shore of a strange island, I had no strength at all. "Who are yee?" I could see nothing but a blur then nothing but darkness. "She collaspe. I'll take her to tribe." This native carried me to the Zeeson Tribe, where I was nursed to health. I finally awoke with my memory and looked about my surroundings. "The egg!" I remembered searching for it. "Is thees what chu are talking aboot?" a man in forest clothing asked holding the egg. "Yes. Is it damaged?" "Non, jest it'z constaint rocking," he placed the egg down and I saw a small crack. "It is damaged." "Non, it iz hotching." I heard a small squeal and saw a muzzle peer from the little hole. The next thing I new a little deer like creature emerged and tried to walk to me. |

| "Raging Wave..." I heard the man say. "Exscuse me?" "Name Raging Wave," he repeated. I agreed with the name as I was too into the little pup. Soon I heard the screams from outside of the little hut I was in. I got up holding Raging Wave when the man stopped me. "You no get taken." I was confused, "Excuse me? I don't understand. What's going on?" "Flying Lizard come for chosen ones..." he left the hut in a hurry. As soon as he disappeared from my sight I snuck away to see this "Flying Lizard." I walked to where a crowd of natives had gathered... then I saw the huge dragon. Its large wings shimmered in the golden sun light. "You hurry, lizard leave soon," I heard a native rush me. I hurried to the dragon and climbed on its back. Once all the people got on I asked the person beside me what was going on. "Lizard take people away, and they never seen again," he said. "What!? You mean this thing takes us away and we never return!?" "Yep," he agreed. The dragon heaved and flew downward, to another island. We landed on a cliff with dirt flying around. "Welcome to Zephr Dragon Cliffs, future dragon keepers and riders," I heard a voice say to us. We saw another dragon with one horn coming to us. Everyone dismounted the dragon and awaited for further instructions. "Come choose a clutch to try for an egg." I looked around and noticed a pen with little hatchlings roaming around. "Excuse me, what about these?" I asked the dragon. "You want an orphaned Zephr Dragon?" it asked me. "If I may..." She looked at me and called one of the blue dragons to me. "Perfect companion for you and little Twiluu." I put Raging Wave down and looked at my new dragon. "I'll name you Seana." I was lead back to the group of people. |
