Here is Bill's Clock. It is a really nice applet that presents the time
in a nice, analog format. Notice how the second hand ticks around the
face of the clock! This is a rather elegant applet.
The <TIMEZONE> parameter allows the Web weaver to
set the time to the correct local time zone.
