A Pirate Ship
by Tdyans
A
Ship
Sailed
Across the
Rolling waves
Carrying a crew
Of Scurvy knaves
One cleared his throat
To get rid of all the phlegm,
Straightened up and said, "Ahem!"
I
Am the greatest pirate captain ever to sail the seven
seas
I take orders from no one, and I never eat my peas!"
And with that he fainted just like a wimpy little
girl.
So from this tale for pirates should a moral unfurl:
If youre going to join a band of rebels,
You still have to eat your vegetables!
***NOTE***Look very carefully at the above poem--see what like looks like? ;)
Two Places
by Tdyans
In that place its cold and damp,
But here by the fire Im dry and warm.
That place is lonely and full of sadness,
But here Im content, for were never apart.
And although that place is a terrible place,
Im forever grateful that I was once there,
For if I hadnt been, you would never have found me,
And I would never have known,
How lucky I am to be in this wonderful place.
What Is It?
by Tdyans
"EURGHH!!!" the news page said.
What kind of word is that?
The kind of word, I guess
When your heart goes pitter-pat.
For when I first laid eyes on it,
I froze right where I sat
Sable fur, (or is that skin?)
Is what it had chosen to clothe itself in
With eyes like rubies and a sapphire nose
Beauty such as this would rival a rose
What could the name of such a creature be?
Yes, you guessed, it's "Mutant Cybunny."
