Lower Rankings
For the first promotion, all you have to do is post on the message board for a promotion. For the second promotion you must maintain active status and post messages. Helping out, applying for guild jobs and donating will increase your chances. For the third promotion, you must show that you have a devotion to the guild in all aspects. For the fourth promotion, you must exceed greatly guild expectations and be involved in all aspects of the guild. REFERRALS ARE A HUGE CONSIDERATION FOR PROMOTIONS.
Council Positions
The council position in this guild are scarce and hard to achieve. You must show an excellent track record in donations, jobs, support and generally every aspect of the guild. YOU ALSO MUST BE WITH THE GUILD FOR TO BE DETERMINED AMOUNT of time. If you think you have what it takes, apply.
Promotion Tips
1) Help out. This includes a variety of things like helping others, welcoming newcomers and posting photos. If you can do more then great.
2) Donate items. Your donations go to guild contests, prizes and more. You can donate from buying from the guild shop or sending items to battlerdonations.
3) Enter contests. Some are free, some are not, but either free or for a cost, these contests make guild life more exciting. We have not been so successful in this aspect so far, something I wish to remedy.
4)Refer people. I am rapidly trying to expand this guild.
5)Post on the boards frequently.
6)Give me suggestions for improvement. I am very up to constructive critism. I want to do everything to make this guild the way you want it.
7)Have fun! This is what the guild is all about!
You do not have to do all these things but as long as you stand out to me, I will consider you for promotion.
