The packaging of LUNAR:Silver Star Story Complete is unlike any other any game has ever seen before. This is a brief synopsis of the contents of the box. (The page is very graphic intense)

Well lets start with the box. First of all it's really thick, and laden with artwork. Not only that, but the front opens up for more art and a brief paragraph about the game.

So now you've opened the box. Out pops, first a cool looking manual. The manual is 120 Pages and features a brief story section, several pages featuring main characters, various interviews, game basics, partial weapons/armor/items lists, magic listing, translations notes, song lyrics (direct translations of the japanese lyrics and the english ones) and the first portion of the strategy guide, all in full color. The manual also has a cloth bookmark.

Next to the manual is the CD case containing LUNAR's 4 cds and the Map.

Next, you'll probably want to open the plastic wrap around the map. Once you open it (and be sure to smell it when you do, it smells cool) you'll see it's not very big, nor is it particularly detailed. Of course it's not like we can complain. After all, how many other games have full-color cloth maps anyway? Besides it makes a good napkin/coaster while you're playing the game.

After you look at the map, you'll probably want to pay some attention to the actual CDs in the case. Two of them are, of course, the game CDs. Both of these feature neat artwork etc..

Aside from the game CDs there is a music CD, which features a grand total of 24 tracks, 2 with lyrics and 22 instrumental. THe other CD is a video Cd. Stick in your PSX and prepare to watch a 1/2 Hour documentary on LUNAR SSSC.

And that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is LUNAR SSSC's fabulous packaging.
