Step 1: Download the brush. Most sites will have a button that says download you can download off of. In the screen that pops up, click save to disk, and save it to any folder.
Step 2: Unzip the files using winzip or PKzip, or something like that.
Step 3: Open up PSP8.
Step 4: Now, you are ready to install the brush. Go to the top and locate File. Click on file, then in the drop down list click import, then on the drop down list that comes from there, click "Custom Brushes".
Step 5: A screen should pop up. Click Open which is near the top, then look for the folder you saved everything in. Once you find that, double click on the folder, and a few brushes should pop up. Click on the brush you want to add, then it should come onto the pop up screen.
Step 6: Higlight the brush by clicking on it, then click "Add", then okay.
Step 7: Make sure you did this right! Go to your brushes, and see if it is in the list!
Step 8: Click add on the screen, and then okay. If you wanna add more brushes, repeat the process.
