About The Layout:
This layout is simple yet stylish. It uses a blind effect and 4 pictures I got from hilary-duff.net. It was made in PSP 8 and uses a very cute font I downloaded. This is the perfect layout for all you Hilary Duff fans out there!

Credits:
The pictures were found at hilary-duff.net in the "Photos/Gallery" section. The layout was made in Paint Shop Pro 8, and is by me. There is a little section in the "Linkage/Extras" bar where it says "layout". All the credits are there and must stay there!

How To Use
Well, pretty simple file, I must say. Just unzip the folder, and open it up. There are I believe 3 graphics in there: the background, layout itself, and avatar. There is also a CSS sheet and a layout page. Basically about 5 files in all. Upload all the graphics and link everything to each other. If you have questions email me @ [email protected].
