Special Attacks
Fear Aura (Su): Liches are shrouded in a dreadful aura of death and evil. Creatures of less than 5 HD in a 60-foot radius that look at the lich must succeed on a Will save (DC 20) or be affected as though by a fear spell from a sorcerer of the lich's level. A creature that successfully saves cannot be affected again by the same lich's aura for 24 hours.

Paralyzing Touch (Su): Any living creature a lich hits with its touch attack must succeed on a Fortitude save (DC 20) or be permanently paralyzed. Remove paralysis or any spell that can remove a curse can free the victim (see the bestow curse spell description).
The effect cannot be dispelled. Anyone paralyzed by a lich seems dead, though a DC 20 Spot check or a DC 15 Heal check reveals that the victim is still alive.

Touch Attack: A lich without natural weapons has a touch attack that uses negative energy to deal 1d8+5 points of damage to living creatures; a Will save (DC 20) halves the damage.

Rebuke/Comnmand Undead: 8/day as a 11th level Cleric

Domain: Death Touch (Su): 1/day. You must succeed on a melee touch attack against a living creature (using the rules for touch spells). When you touch, roll 1d6 per cleric level you possess (11d6). If the total at least equals the creature's current hit points, it dies (no save).

Background
* Grew up above-ground, happy and cheerful.
* Got married, was happy.
* Wife was killed in a terrible fashion.
* Swore vengence against his malefactors and turned to a god of death as a way to sate his anger and to bring his wife back to life.
* After some time, his anger had consumed his wish to ressurect his wife
* Driven from the places he called home by his kinfolk because of his deity, he delved deep into the earth.
* He wandered until finding himself on the edge of the Illithid nation
* There he formed an "agreement" with the Flayers:
* - They would leave him alone if he left them (and their dead) alone.
* - They would leave him alone if he worked against their enemies (nearby dwarves and such)
* - They would consider him less of an enemy if he would perform the occasional favor for them
* He settled down to an area he could call "home"
* With the help of an Alhoon, he has recently transcended his mortal form and become a Lich.
* The Alhoon left the area to hunt on the astral plane
