| Buzz I was going to put the meanings of the poems here. I decided not to do that, obviously. Even though some of these poems have pretty obvious meanings, I wanted to leave each one open to interpretation by the reader. | You were a disgusting little worm when I knew you before I tried to squish you dead Now you're pissed and here to even the score You've grown, that I can see You're stronger than you were before Fast as can be with your newly sprouted wings You're around me constantly Try to wave you away while I desperately scream Dammit, why can't you just let me be Always buzzing around my head In one ear and out the other, you're invading my brain You know no boundries 'cause you're still there in my bed I swat you away You laugh at me You're here to stay Your life is short, this I know I will endure, I won't lose hope And soon I know you will go But, just when I think you're gone Here comes your posse Where the hell did they come from They're all in my face Refusing to leave To find a better place Feel you walking on my skin Gently tickling my senses Oh, but how the ice is thin You come too near I raise my hand in pure hate See growing in your eyes a sudden fear Come down on you hard with a disgusting 'Splat!' But not 20 minutes later you're here again What the hell!? How do you keep coming back?! |
