This is a fairly current collection of artwork I have done...I will try to include a brief description of the piece along with the link to it. Please don't "steal" my works...I have 3x size/resolution versions of the pics if you want them, request via e-mail HERE. Also, if you choose to use any of my works without my consent, please at the very least give me credit. I am sometimes also avilable to make custom pieces, again, send requests to the above address.

A character I created in 1994. He was a ninja, and I originally wanted to do a comic about him, but back in the day my character story skills weren't all that great, so I'm glad I didn't...he was kind of a shallow, static character. His name was "Blade". I drew this "DragonMech" in 1995, in the middle of an English class. Itook me approximately one hour to do, start to finish. I'd like to think that even though I wasn't paying attention to my teacher, that I did learn something from this. I was outside of class, and as you can see, lacking in "real" art supplies. This was one of my very first attempts at drawing the female figure. I was not in high school anymore (1997), so it wasn't nearly as embarassing to actually draw boobies. I was going for a "Warrior Angel" look. Being a minimal part of the local musics scene, I was aked to do a couple different flyers for various local shows in 1997 (peoples houses), this is the only one that I managed to save from that effort/period. Flyer.
I, being a wierdo at heart, have always had something akin to a fascination with death. Which of course, lends itself very well to a fascination with skulls. I'm not really sure what I was going for here, but in 1998 I wanted to see how a " Cybernetic Skull" would look. I guess the Terminator just wasn't enough for me... The trend with "Cyber Mortem" continued for a brief stint in 1998, causing this " Cyber Zombie" to come about as well. Ah yes, "Morrowin", I drew this funky Elven mage for an AD&D campaign I was running in 1998, he used an animated dinner table to get around. I think he is one of the best villains I have ever come up with, and, I am actually pretty happy with the way his "portrait" came out. Also from RPGing in 1998, came this piece. I was running a modern horror game using Beyond the Supernatural, and for the bad guy I used the tables in Nightbane to give him an alternate and horrifying Nightbane form. This worked alright to let the players know what they were facing.
Sitting at my aunt's house in Indiana for Thanksgiving of 1998, I got bored and scribbled out this "Robo-Turkey". It wasn't serious in any way, shape, or form and I think it only took me like 5 minutes to do. It has however, been one of the best "attention getting" pieces I have ever done. In some of my drawings you can see my little signature. It's a K, W, and H combined. My initials of course, in this piece that I did in 1998, I was trying to see if I could do a "metallic" picture of my signature. With a half-hour break to kill, and armed with a pink felt tip pen, and a tray paper I got "Bored At Work". This was while I was sorrowfully employed by McDonald's in 1999. Some people running a local gaming convention called "Fuzzy Fest", whose mascot(s) was(were) anthropomorphic rabbits, asked me if I'd be interested in doing some of the art for the 1999 convention. Here's a piece I call "Cyber Bunny".
My skill in drawing the female figure was improving a bit, I think. In 1999 I did this "Dark Angel" pic with a the general idea of it being the "mirror" of the Angel I had done a couple years earlier. The shading is all done with a Bic pen, by the way. Like damned near every fanstasy fan I've ever met, I love dragons...though, I had only played around with trying to draw them before this point, I actually sat down and worked out this unfinished pic for quite a while in 1999. Again, the shading on this Dragon is done with a Bic pen. Also done in 1999 (seems like a prolific year for me, no?) I experimented with colored pencils for the first time since high school. Another dragon, reminiscent of the last one, except enhanced with Crayola colored pencils. I have since basically given this pic to my friend Jason as a representationof his character "Alex", but originally when I drew it in 1999, it was a possible look for my own half-elven character "Haelfyr".
Inspired by both Star Wars and Hellspont from WildCATS, this partially finished color pic I did in 1999 (again) is entitled "I Have A Lightsabre". 1999. My stepdad decided he wanted me to design a "Warthog" tattoo for him. He didn't really like this design. I can't blame him really, I like the pic, but it looks more like a dog, than a hog... Yup, still 1999. I was running a 'just for fun' Nightbane campaign and I was designing my own Nightlord, but the game didn't run long enough for the character to ever get to meet him. I kept this pic mostly because I plan on redoing/finishing it sometime. I always felt that this one was alot of fun, it was another piece for Fuzzy Fest done in early 1999. I wish I'd been more tenacious about keeping in contact with these people, since the kinda let me fall to the wayside and never got back in touch with me themselves.
Not only is it another drawing done in 1999, but it contains 2 of my previous themes! A skull, and...a tattoo...wow, will wonders never cease. It's a fun pic without a hint of seriousness in it. "Skull Tattoo" the colors were done with Bic pens. This one was obviously inspired by Predator, I'm not sure why I drew this in 1999, but...here It is. I was listening to a Die Krupps CD and flipping through the insert book. On one of the pages there was a photo of some flames. Somehow I pulled this "Tribal Tattoo" out of the pattern that the fire formed. Oh yeah, again, 1999. This 1999 one didn't turn out nearly as good as my two previous female entries on this page, however, it didn't come out too bad either. Check out the "Wet Hero Girl".
In 2000, I sat down and did another "Cyber-Skull", mostly just to see how different the two would be when sitting next to eachother. I think it looks pretty cool. In 2000 my friend Mike, who is now in the band Dissonant at the time had started his fist band, Feed Engine and asked if i could do a Logo for them. I did, it took an hour. I had just picked up the Tenchi Muyo RPG in 2001, and space opera campaigns began to take root in my head, and I'm sure that's what led me to sketch out this "Space Elf". Watching my friend Vox play Metal Gear Solid 2 in 2002, I was spontaneously inspired to draw an espionage girl, I think she came out really well, actually.
In 2002, a full 8 years later, I redrew Blade. I think he looks alot more like a ninja in this one. Preparing to play in a modern horror campaign using BESM in 2002, I created a character named David Chapel, who used to be a priest...he lost his entire congregation to the creatures of the night. Now, he seeks revenge against them. This is his portrait. I drew this one in 2003, mainly out of boredom...I did everything but the inking in one 30 minute lunch break at work. Some people really like this "Collared Girl". I'm kind of fond of it myself. For Christmas, online friend MattBaby sent me a hardcover sketchbook, in early 2003 I began working on this "Elven Warrior Maiden" to grace the inside front coevr of the book. I'd like to think I'm getting a hint better at drawing women.
For her birthday in 2003, I did this piece for my girlfriend. I only have a copy of it because she scanned it in & sent me the scan. It's a bizarre tribal symbol that started out as a heart. I colored it with Crayola colored pencils. She seems to like it, and that's the only thing that matters to me. 2003. After a fun conversation in chat about a cute, imaginary creature which I could supposedly turn into, I decided to draw it up. This "Randa" is colored with Crayola colored pencils...I really wish I could afford the (insanely) expensive professional pencils. Following a story arc I've been working on for one of my online PbP RPG characters, I decided to sketch up his new look (for after the 2003 arc). This will be SightblinderX' new look. Having lost power for a large portion of the day in 2003, I drew this "Sith-Goyle" in the fading light near my bedroom window.
On break in 2003, I drew this entire thing completely free-hand in the total 1 hour of my work breaks. I think this tattoo-ish pics came out prett good, all things considered. I call it "Warbird".
