Philsophy Through Movies

Fight Club*

Rated R for disturbing and graphic depiction of violent anti-social behavior, sexuality and language. Fight Club was an amazing dive into the world of one man and his dreams of escaping the bindings of Materialism. With a cast boasting the likes of Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, Helena Bonham Carter, and Jared Leto, I already knew this movie was going to speak volumes. Within the span of roughly an two and a half hours, they successfully strengthened the underlying opinion that you form your own future and that of others, whether you even relies it. Not to give away the plot I will just state the entire concept drip so heavily with ever red blooded American's fears of becoming just another statistic, and what happens when you step up to the plate for change.

*note: movies are in no particular order just started with this one.
