*   Fextion in response to pain = Decorticate posturing (Abnormal Flexion)
** Extension in response to pain - Decerebrate posturing (Abnormal Extension)

If the patient is intubated , unconscious , or rpreverbal - the most important
part of this scale is motor response.
This section should be carefully evaluated.
