A.Fib with CAVB - Friedrich Syndrom , Due to Digoxin Toxication.

SVT (the first 5 complexes) before and after Adenosine
(Stryadine) administration.
(the Temporary CAVB can be seen)

Apperently , the SVT (the first 3 regular complexes) was a
Rapid Atrial Fibrillation -  after Adenosine administration

Multi Focal Atrial TachycardiaDue to Amino Toxication.
