Non-Classics Sites:
A complete and readable translation of the Illiad, direct from the mighty coffers of the MIT Classics Department!
How could we not link to such wonderfully like-minded people? Fun page, spiffy show.
Brought to you by the same people who created the Medea, the Musical page. One of the more impressive sets of Grecian links I've seen.
Okay, story. I (Ephor) was looking through the deaths, and I thought with a nasty, littleminded snicker, "Haha! Let's look through this and see how many people Paris kills! Like, one, right? Haw haw, I bet Menelaus kills more!" I looked through it. Paris kills many people. Many more than I'd thought. Menelaus kills very few. Uh... heh heh... The result? I guiltily became a pacifist in fiction as well as in life. Paris is THAT uncharismatic.
Unfortunately, I ALSO just found out that the reverse is actually true because I simply can't count. But I like the other story better.
An amazing collection of ancient texts both in their respective original languages and in English. It's really, really big.
Well, it's not technically a classics page, but I'm posting it here anyway. Kithkin Net is the spiffy homepage of Kithkin Avrien, a good friend of the Neohomeridae and self-proclaimed nerd. Be sure to check out his movies and computer generated art section!
A joint website of three good buddies of ours. It's mostly a link-node and collection of blog-type rants. And they linked to us! Yay!
Yet another friendly site. The 'Art' and 'Fails' sections come particularly highly recomended.
