Copy2say reads out loud text copied to the Microsoft Windows Clipboard using Microsoft Agent. It has been resting in alpha mode for well over a year, but has been quite functional all that time.

Initial use of copy2say is typically enormously slowed by the need by the need to download very large text-to-speech engines, and, as of now, there is no request of the user to be patient, much less a heuristic that estimates the waiting time. This should be present in a beta release. Of course, subsequent invocations of copy2say will have very low latency.
