About: Junction Five is a local Rochester band, who plays a mixture of alternative rock, infused with electronica, a little bit of metal & punk. It's music is generally hard to describe, some songs are heavy and fast-paced, some are slow and mellow, some are dark, and some are considered "happy songs". None of them sounds like anything that's out there. Formed in 2002, the band took a break in early 2005, and remaining members Aaron Conn and Tommy Masters reformed the band with Jason Hyatt and Mark Andrews. Zack Becker joined in November, 2006. They are always playing shows in Rochester and surround cities. Check their myspace page for updates of their latest shows and songs. They also have a webpage, but it's currently down. So their myspace page is the way to go.
