Travis-

Zero finally arrived at hunter's HQ and X was standing over Alia
watching a screen as Zero stepped towards X.

"Bout time you made it here Zero. Alia has found a strange energy
reading located in a small area at point 112392.8 Does that sound
familiar Zero?" X said as he stood behind Alia and sent an occasional
glance to Zero.

"Ya...that's where I was first found isn't it?" Zero walked to Alia's
side and checked the screen for any clue as to the meaning of this so
called strange energy.

"Zero, i'm sending X to investigate immediately. I want you here
watching over everything with me." Alia said, punching keys.

"Alia, I understand you're scared that something may happen but i
deserve to know. X, let's see how fast you are these days." Zero said
as he teleported away towards the blood stained battle ground that
claimed every maverick hunter but Sigma so long ago.

"Damnit, Zero. Alia, keep in touch." X said as he followed Zero.

Sean-

Zero and X teleported down to the ground.

Zero looked around, and felt like he was going to be sick just thinking about. "This place."

"I know Zero, I know." X said, as he put a hand on his shoulder.

"No, not just about everything that happened here... it's something else." Zero told him.

"What? A flashback or something? You mean you are still haveing those?" X asked him.

"Only a couple of times. It's not that though... I'll be fine. Let's just look for whatever we came here for, and get out." Zero told him, as they split up into 2 groups. X headed west, while Zero east, towards the mountains, as he used his rocket for speed.

Zero saw a few things that looked formiliar, as he soared threw some type of ruined base. "X, you should see it here. There's rubble up here, and wreckage that we must have missed last time we where here." he said over the headset, but nothing but static. "Damn Headset." he said, as he had to fly up so he could getn his signal out. As he soared upwards towards the sky, he noticed something. Part of the base... this was the same base from his flashback! "Damn," he said, as he flew back, and towards it, but still more into a clearing where he could get a signal. He remembered about the robots he had seen then. he picked up a few pices of large broken pieces of wall, robots, and everything else, as he looked around for something... perhapse the robots data records could tell of what happened, and about this new energy.

As Zero lifted the next to the last piece from the area, he noticed a red foot. "hmm..." Zero tossed the piece, and pushed the large boulder off of whatever was underneath. He saw a girl... or rather, what use to be a robitc girl, and next to her was a dog. "It's them?" he said, as he put the pieces he could find all together in 2 seperate piles. "hmm... CD's?" Zero said, as he noticed a few in the girls possesion. he was looking at the cd. Better get a dyagnostic ran over the two robots..." he said, as he looked at the disc, and almost tripped, as he must have been walking while he was doing so. "Gosh, that would have been painful..." he said, as he saw that he could have tripped over some little flip top robot thing. he smirked, as he kicked the can a bit away, as it made a loud clanking sound. He looked up to see what he had hit. "Oh my god. X, you better come take a look at this!" he said, into the set

Travis-

"Zero...you'll never believe what I found...I don't even believe what i've found." Said X over the headset.

"Grab it and meet me halfway, we got some things to figure out." Said Zero slipping the cds back into the robot girl's pockets and then grabbing her and the dog. "X, do you read me?"

"..."

"X, damnit X!" Zero placed the robots back down and dashed towards X's location as quickly as he could.

Meanwhile...

"I know i've seen...." Alia mumbled, running tests on the images she'd found of the robot girl. As images and information describing them popped onto her screen she gasped and nearly froze. "Roll?" Alia took her right hand from the keyboard and placed it to her headset, before she could signal and warn either one she realized she didn't know who to warn...should she warn X to watch out for Zero's memory to resurface of his mission to destroy Mega Man? Or should she instead warn Zero to watch X since no one knew quite why he was placed into a capsule in the first place? She couldn't decide and therefore chose to watch the story unfold, perhaps out of her own curiousity for the reactions. She seemed to have thought about this before and realized that this could put her in history books as the commander that found Mega Man...It had been so many years since she'd even heard the whispered old tale of Mega Man, the first working robot. She began typing again and bringing up information on three keywords. Bass, Mega Man, and Light. Searching the reploid database would be quick with names like those. But, the question wasn't so much what she found, but how she found it. She got a call from Douglas who wanted to know what had been going on and why she asked for those coordinates earlier in the day. She told him it was a hunch and cut communication as she read over the report for Bass' last known whereabouts.

Back in the field...

Zero could see X's figure on his knees and bent over something. "X, you better be okay." Zero slowed down and walked upto Zero as he began to see a faded blue metal in X's hands.

"It's his helmet, the first one's helmet...the one Light kept over me." X said tossing Zero the helmet of the blue bomber of old.

Zero looked at the helmet speechless and in awe. He didn't know why he crushed it afterwards but X didn't seem to even notice as he stood and continued searching.

After about an hour of searching X began to get tired of searching for something he doubted he'd ever find and after him and Zero discussed what had been found to the east. X had no clue what significance the female robot played but he decided that it would be best if Zero went back and gathered those two robots while X kept looking for his long lost older brother. Of course he didn't tell Zero that, "I'll stay here and look for more clues as to what happened here."

As Zero headed off, X ran back to where he first found the helmet and moved a pile of rubble to the side...there he was..the original Mega Man...Dr. Light's pride creation, but who was this black figure next to him...and did Mega Man use a red shield? X was filled with emotions he'd never felt and questions he'd always asked. As he was loking at his ancestor he realized that he was in relatively good condition and upon checking his battery, he realized that he was in power save mode and that meant he could be saved. X teleported off with his predicessor and rushed to Lifesaver's lab.

Sean-

Zero went back to where he had left them. "The poor robots are really banged up. Looks as if they where hit hard by some kind of weapon." Zero said, as he inspected the Flip top robot, as well as another robot he found, this time a bird.

"Hmm... I bet they where sent to help Megaman, but didn't make it." he said, thinking outloud.

"Oh well." he said, as he saw a blue column going up to the sky. "That impatient... you would think he'd be seriouse enough to wait for me." Zero said, as he put all the parts that he could find together, as well as an extra cannon he found that must have belonged to the girl. He then took a deep breath, as he was about to teleport with them, when he noticed something else.

"Is that a capsule? Like X had been in?" he said, as he rushed over to it. It had a skull on it, and looked like it was broken. It was similar not to the capsule X had been in, but just simply an outdated Armor Upgrade. "Probably for one of Dr. Wiley's henchmen, but oh well. Maybe Alia will know what to do with this." he said, as he put his arms onto the machine, and began to push hard to move the machine. Now he was ready to leave.

"Hmm... hope this mission was completed... Because I would hate to have to come back here." Zero said, as he then teleported in a red column like beam up back to base.
