The year is 1886, Talset and his tribe are fleeing the Old West from a group of hunters led by Tobias Bruckner. Over time Talset's tribe is murdered, leaving Talset and Tobias to duke it out one on one. An electrical storm knocks both Talset and Tobias unconscious. Talset awakens in a land called the Lost World. The river villagers there fear the Tyranus, a reptilian gone mad. The local priest Tarkeen believes Talset is Turok, the warrior that will bring piece to the land. Talset agrees to help the river villagers.

With hardware limitation on the Nintendo 64, the Turok team wasn't able to add flying parts in the game. Now you can fly a huge queztalcoatlus, also Turok can use  weaponry while riding these babies.
