(yes, also known as wolf if you saw the older version of this Anime on the Sci-Fi channel) and Jigen Return with our favourite Samurai Goemon the ever vigilante and silent Samurai who can actually be funny, in his silent way! We start with our Criminal Heroes in the thick of a job and, as always are prepared for, which I must say is not surprising, as Lupin notices that their job was fake. He already knows what their next job will be. They head in disguise to a small country of Cagliostro in search for the infamous goat bills but a beautiful damsel in distress catches Lupins eye and he valiantly helps her, until he sees something that belongs to her, reminding him of the past and decides to rescue her from the evil Count. As he sets his ever brilliant plan into action, we meet everyones favourite cop Zanigata the funny policeman that has vowed to continue to chase Lupin until he is behind bars, but I think he never will, because if he did what else would he do (maybe become a comedian). As Lupin rescues the lovely lady in distress you cant but help but uncover the famous Cagliostro treasure which the Count will kill anyone to get his evil claws onto it. If you think this looks cheesy and not real Manga, watch it anyway, I swear you will love it and laugh along with Lupin and Jigen. Written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki well known for creating Princess Mononoke I love this anime, I cant stop watching it and I dont find it boring at all. Review By: Neo Angel |
