Welcome to the new location of the PFFMLA! The PFFMLA was originally started in 1999, and after some changes of hand and closing of accounts, it was thought to be permanently shut down. But the list itself forged onward, and when someone piped in "Maybe we should set up a new archive," the suggestion was taken, and here we are.
