Magic
All about Skies of Arcadia spells.
All spells can be used in battle.
SP: Spirit Points required to cast the spell.
Every time you use a spell your magic power is lowered by one.

Gaining magic experience: While in battle, you can apply a moonstone to your weapon. The attribute depends on the weapon. Green moonstones have the power of healing and poisoning. Red moonstones have the power of fire. Purple moonstones give the power of ice. Blue moonstones have the power of wind and water. Yellow moonstones have the power of electricity. Finally, silver moonstones have lunar power. The moonstone you use on your weapon will give you that color's magic experience at the end of a battle (providing that you win). That magic experience will go to each ally in the party with the same amount too! A faster way of getting spells is to have each ally use a different moonstone in battle.

Green Spells
Sacri
Restores 500 HP for one ally or 4,000 HP for a ship. Can be used outside of battle.
SP: 2
Sacres
Restores 1,000 HP for one ally or 8,000 HP for a ship. Can be used outside of battle.
SP: 4
Sacrum
Restores 1,000 HP for every ally in the party. Can be used outside of battle.
SP: 6
Sacrulen
Fully restores all HP for one ally or a ship. Can be used outside of battle.
SP: 8
Noxi
Poisonous gases engulf an enemy and damage it. May cause poisoning to the enemy. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 3
Noxus
An even stronger form of Noxi. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6

Red Spells
Pyri
Flames damage every enemy on the screen. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 2
Pyres
A more powerful form of pyri. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 4
Pyrum
Fire bolts damage every enemy on the screen. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6
Pyrulen
A fire cloud hovers above all enemies and damages them all. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 10
Increm
Increases one ally's attack and defense by 25% for the battle only (not stats). Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 4
Incremus
Increases the attack and defense power for all allies by 25% for the battle only (not stats). Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 10


Purple Spells
Crystali
Ice surrounds a single enemy forming into a block and then shatters dealing damage. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 1
Crystales
A more powerful form of crystali. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 2
Cyrstalum
A more powerful form of crystales. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 3
Crystalen
The most powerful ice crystal attack. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 4
Sylenis
Has the chance of making some or all enemies have no movement for one turn. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 2
Panika
Has the chance of confusing some or all enemies for one turn.
SP: 3


Blue Magic
Wevli
A small bit of combined wind and water is targeted at one anemy and attacks all others that are within little range of it. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 2
Wevles
A stronger form of Wevli with wider range. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 4
Wevlum
A stronger form of Wevles with wider range. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6
Wevlen
The strongest form of the Wevs with the widest range. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 8
Quika
May boost the entire parties quickness for the battle (not stats). Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6
Slipara
May cause some or all enemies to fall asleep for a turn. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6


Yellow Magic
Electri
An attack that shoots elctricity at an enemy hitting all other enemies within range of it in a straight line from in front and behind the target. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 2
Electres
A stronger form of electri. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 4
Electrum
A stronger form of electres. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6
Electrulen
The strongest form of the electric magic. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 8
Drilin
Has the chance of lowering one enemy's attack and defense power for the battle (not stats). Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 3
Drilnos
Has the chance of lowering all enemies' attack and defense power for the battle (not stats). Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 6


Silver Magic
Curia
Cures a party member of any adverse affects except for unconscious.
SP: 2
Risan
Has a 50% chance of reviving a party member along with half of their health.
SP: 1
Riselem
Has a 100% chance of reviving a party member along with all of their health.
SP: 4
Eterni
May cause instant death to an enemy. Does not work on very strong enemies or bosses. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 5
Eternes
May cause instant death to all enemies. Does not work on very strong enemies or bosses. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 10
Eternum
Will cause instant death to an enemy except for very strong enemies and bosses. Cannot be used outside of battle.
SP: 15


Magic?
This can only be performed by monsters but it never works. It is as if the monsters don't know what magic is.


Notes
*Monsters can perform magic too!
*If you see a monster not performing something on this list that looks somewhat like a spell, it is using a special attack, not magic.
*Don't forget to think about enemies attributes to really weaken it!
Here is a grid for understanding strengths and weaknesses of attributes during battle.
'X' means that this magic is bad against the opposing magic.
'O' means that this magic is good against the opposing magic.
'N/E' or 'No Effect' means that this magic is neutral against the opposing magic (not that it doesn't have an effect).
