Cradle of Filth is the biggest Black Metal Band out there, their music is like Haunted House Music and Heavy Metal combined and then on crack.  To me, they make Manson look like a prissy shit.  They formed in 1991, and released a few demos, and then released The Principle Of Evil Made Flesh in 94.  As stated on their own site, they play "bloodcurdling heaviness".
Personally, I think with bands like Cradle Of Filth in the world, making their music, Black Metal will make an impact on mainstream Music.  No more Britney Spears, or cunts who can't play their instruments.  These guys can play, and trust me, they do.  First off, the songs I recommend...

1.     Her Ghost In The Fog
2.     From The Cradle To Enslave
3.     Black Metal (Venom Cover)
4.     Nocturnal Supremacy
5.     Hell Awaits
Lovecraft and Witches Hearts
CD Review
Ok, the first thing that you need to know is that this piece here IS a double-disced, greatest hits kinda trick.  That fact alone means that there is no new music, with the exception of 3 bonus tracks, amongst them is one of my favorites, Hell Awaits.  So lets get onto the gist of this.  The set is great, the music sounds great, and the production value on it is obviously something that has been improved upon for the release.  The new tracks, while scarce, are still very much something to behold, I love Hell Awaits, it's a kick ass song right there for ya.  And the other new songs are not to be ignored either.  Yes I may be a bit biased with this review, but I'll tell you that straight up.  The 20+ tracks consist of kick ass songs and remixes that add a little variety to the playlist.  But this isn't anything new and amazing.  My preference is on the first CD, because it's more metal madness than disc 2.  It's not bad, I just prefer the style of song that exists on the first disc.  On a scale of one to five, this one gets 4.5
