| Gino a friend since childhood, lived for his family and his pigeons. He enjoyed every minute of his involvement with pigeons, whether it was breeding them or flying them. His successes were modest. I suppose like the great majority of fanciers in Malta at the time, This is mainly due to the difficult conditions our racing pigeons were shipped. I take this opportunity to remind the old hands and tell the newcomers since 1972, what it was like to ship our racing pigeons to Italy. (to be continued) |
