Und waehrend ich so tanze
(And while I dance in that manner)
 
Fangen sie an, Moebel zu ruecken
(They begin to move the furniture)

Zum Tanzen braucht man Platz
(One needs space for dancing)

Und alle helfen, schieben und druecken
(And all help, to push and to press)

Ich tanz' immer noch allein
(I always still dance alone)


Das Wohnzimmer ist jetzt eine Kinderdiskotheke
(The living room is now a children's discotheque)

Die Tanzflaeche ist ganz voll
(The dancing area is completely full)

Endlich tanzen alle, alle die da sind
(Finally all dance, all who are there)

Ich tanz' nicht mehr allein
(I do not dance alone anymore)

Und find's toll
(And I find it fantastic/great)
