· Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and laundry (washer and dryer)

· Living/ dining room with 3 couches, table and 8 chairs

· Small T.V. with VCR and DVD

· Forced Air Propane furnace and a fireplace in the living/dining room

· Paddle boat, canoe and bicycles.

Area Features

· 1.5 hour drive from Toronto (See map)

· 10 minute drive to the town of Brighton (supermarket, beer store, liquor store, YMCA, antiques, tennis courts)

· Several championship quality golf courses nearby

· Great fishing in the area

· 2 minute drive (10 minute walk ) to the large sandy beach in Presqu.ile Park

· Excellent biking, hiking and rollerblading in the park

· Presqu’ile is renowned for bird watching in the spring and fall

Rates

$1200 per week July and August

$800 per week Mid May to End June and September to Mid-October

$550 per week Mid-October to Mid-May

$350 weekends October to May
