¼  TURN L ROCK FORWARD,TRIPLE STEP ½ TURN, ROCK FWD, TRIPLE STEP ½ TURN
1-2     ¼ turn left into rock right foot forward, rock back onto left foot     
3&4     Triple step (right, left, right) making ½ turn right     
5-6     Rock left foot forward, rock back onto right foot     
7&8     Triple step (left, right, left) making ½ turn left     
SIDE STEPS TO RIGHT WITH HOLDS, SPIN TO LEFT WITH 1 ¼ TURN
1-2&     Step right foot to right side, hold (snap fingers), step left foot beside right foot     
3-4&     Step right foot to right side, hold (snap fingers), step left foot beside right foot     
5-6     Step right foot to right side, touch left foot beside right foot (bring left arm across in front of body)     
7-8     Step left foot starting 1/¼ turn to left, step right foot continuing to turn left (take left arm out to help with spin) face back wall, weight on right foot    
LEFT SHUFFLE, SCUFF, HOLD, JAZZ BOX WITH ½ TURN RIGHT
1&2     Step forward left foot, close right foot beside left, step forward left foot     
3-4     Scuff right foot forward, hold right leg in the air     
5-6     Cross step right foot over left, step back on left foot,     
7-8     On ball of LF  make ½ turn R stepping RF  forward, touch left foot beside right     
LONG STEP LEFT, DRAG RF, BALL-CHANGE, STEP FORWARD ½ PIVOT, TWO WALKS
1     Long step left foot to left side     
2-3     Drag right foot to left over 2 counts     
&4     Step back on the ball of right foot, step left foot in place     
5-8     Step RF forward, ½ pivot turn to L, step RF forward, step left foot forward     
¼ TURNS LEFT X4, SIDE TOUCHES WITH CROSS STEPS
&1     Lifting R knee slightly make ¼ turn to L on ball of LF, touch R toe to right side     
&2-4     Repeat counts &1(&33) three times so you have completed a full turn to left     
"What a feeling!". Take arms up on the turn for the feel good factor!     
&     Step right foot beside left foot     
5-8     Touch left foot to left side, cross step left foot over right, touch right foot to right side, cross step right foot over left     
¼ TURNS TO RIGHT X4, SIDE TOUCHES WITH CROSS STEPS
&1     Lifting L knee slightly make ¼ turn to R on ball of RF, touch left toe to L side     
&2-4     Repeat counts &1(&41) three times so you have completed a full turn to right     
&     Step left foot beside right foot     
5-8     Touch RF to R side, cross RF over L,touch LF to L side,cross step LF over R     
JUMPS BACK, HEEL BOUNCES WITH ¾ TURN RIGHT
&1-2     Jump back onto RF, jump back onto LF (feet apart), hold (snap fingers high & look up)     
&3-4     Jump back onto RF, jump back LF over R (feet crossed), hold (snap fingers low & look down)     
5-8     Bounce heels 4x making a ¾ turn to right (weight ends on left foot)     
R FWD SHUFFLE, STEP LEFT FWD, ¼ PIVOT, CROSS STEP, LONG STEP RIGHT, CLOSE
1&2     Step right foot forward, close left foot beside right, step right foot forward     
3-4     Step left foot forward, pivot ¼ turn right     
5-8     Cross LF over R,long step RF to R side,drag LF(over 2 counts)close beside right     
Repeat
