Traveling South on 79 past Morgantown and WVU.
Take 68 East all the way across Cheat Lake. The Coopers Rock exit is pretty clearly marked.
Take the exit and make a right. Park in the first parking lot off to the right.
There are two trailheads. I have only taken the first one which is direcly across the road. It starts off with a little downhill to get you warmed up. The other one Is more of an exit than an entrance but it is attached to the parking lot. Easy to get there but it is a Haul from Pittsburgh. It will take you an hour and a half to get there from Pittsburgh.
