There will be a late fee of $10 for every 60 minutes late. Pre-arranged childcare before or after scheduled pick up and or drop off will be $3 per hour.

Childcare will NOT be provided on the following days. I don't deduct weekly rate for these holidays.

1. Payment for childcare needs to be paid in advance.; I will baby sit extra hours or days if I am notified ahead of time.; The hourly rate is $2 or a daily rate of $20 for anything over 5 hours. Infants until potty trained are $25 a day or $3 an hour.; You will be expected to pay daily for the extra hours.
2. If you are more than 15 minutes late picking your child up I will charge an extra $10.; If you are 1 hour and 15 minutes late it will be another $10 and so on. I will only charge $2 per hour if you notify me.
3. I charge by the week. So the price that was set for you depending on your hours will be paid every week even if your child isn't here. You have to pay for the slot. Full time rates are $100 a week per child, $125 for babies until they are potty trained. Full time hours is up to 45 hours per week any more hours will be $2 an hour or $3 for infants. My part time rates are figured on $3 an hour. Part time hours are anything below 30 hours a week.
4. I close the daycare on New Years Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, and Christmas Day. Any other days that come up I will give you two weeks notice. I don't deduct weekly rate for holidays.
5. We all have children so we know that children fight. Toddlers go through the biting stage. I will try to control this as much as I can but I don't believe in making a parent leave work to get a child who is biting or fighting. I will however have no choice to call you to get your child if I have given it my best shot and get them to mind. This probably won't happen. I just need you to be aware of this. On the other hand I also need you to be aware that kids are kids and they do fight so I can't guarantee your child won't get bitten or scratched. Of course I will control this as best I can and if the child is out of control I will call the parents. I will also let you know anytime anything like this does happen.
6. My hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If your child is still here after I am closed I will charge $10 an hour unless prearranged.
7. I work with the children ages 2 and up with Preschool. We learn the ABC'S, letters, colors, shapes, and much more. Preschool is from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm. .
8. All Children take a nap from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
9. I serve breakfast, lunch and snack. I have a set time for each of these meals. If your child is not here at the time of the meal they will not be provided that meal, so plan accordingly. Breakfast 7:30 am, Lunch 11:00 am, and snack 2:00 pm.
10. I cook one meal for lunch. The children have to either eat what I cook or not eat. I don't have the time to cook different meals for each child. I also believe in working with the child so that they will eat. When I get a new child who doesn't eat I will try and talk them into eating and show them how big the other chidren are who do eat. After the child is comfortable in the daycare, they are given a choice to either eat or miss the movie at naptime. Most children chose to eat. Sometimes it takes a couple of missed movies but eventually they eat because they don't want to miss out on the movie.
11. There will ba a $25 charge on all returned checks.
12. Y:ou need to give me a call if your child is going to be late or for some reason not here. If I don't hear from you and I get a chance ot fill the slot with someone else I will. It is very important that you call me. I plan my meals in the morning and need to know who will be here. It also makes it easier to start preschool.
13, When the children misbehave I will give them one warning. If they continue to misbehave they will spend 5 minutes in time out. I don't believe in punishing a child unless I know for sure what happened. If I am not sure which child did what I will talk to all of the children involved and then if need be they will all sit in time out. Of course some of the small things kids fight about doesn't need punishment, so in those cases I will only talk to them and teach them how to work out their differences.
14. To hold a slot in my daycare you will be charged 1/2 of the weekly rateper week until you need care. If you choose not to pay this then I will not be able to guarantee that the slot will be available when you want to start. If I get a call for someone else to start sooner I will fill the slot.
