Sit quietly for a while and relax. When you feel relaxed you can talk to your spirit guides. Call them to you. Ask them "please touch you. You should feel a tingling on your body there will be more or less tingling depending on how many spirit guides you have. Ask them "Is there at least one of you?" you should feel the tingling again. Everyone has at least one spirit guide.Ask "is there at least two of you?" again you should feel it. Keep going untill you can no longer feel the tingling.
Now ask "Number 1, please touch me"
you won't feel as much tingling this time as only one of your spirit guides are touching you. Write down where that spirit guide touches you because it will always be in the same place.
You can ask them "Please tell me hello" don't be too let down if they don't reply, you probebly won't be able to hear them until you know them better.
Ask "Please give me a "yes" you will physically feel something now and that will be your yes answer. do the same with "no"
Write it down as it will be he same until you can hear them.
Ask them some "yes or no" questions but be spacific. Don't say something like is the lamp on. If you get a yes and the lamp is actually off then they ane not wrong, they are never wrong, they just want you to be spacific. The lamp may well be "on" the table. Instead say "Is the lamp on the table turned on" If you are spacific they will always tell you the truth.
Once you get to know them better you will be able to talk to them. You will learn their names and gender be careful calling them by name though. Say one of your guides names were "Mary" If you ask "is Mary with me" another mary spirit might be lost and think that you are talking to them, so alwats, when refering to them by name, ask them to touch you and you will know if it is your guide or not. If a new guide comes claiming to be yours, check it out with your other guides to make sure. You can always trust them and they will trust you and always look after you.
