Tormentvm were created in 2001 by bass player Morbius and guitar player Arcanus (aka Puritanium). They recorded a promo track and, in 2002, a demo tape that was never released (due to lack of vocals), �Seasons of Armageddon�. They were helped by T�xico of Legacy of Darkness, Morbius� other band, that shortly after broke up. They got a vocalist, Raven Black, and later Arcanus left the band. They prepared a full-length album but suffered several problems in the recording process. Meanwhile they released a 3 track demo called �Misanthropic Propaganda�.
