Flagellum Dei was formed in December 1997. In 2000 they recorded the promo tape 'Thy Plague'  and started playing live. After some line-up changes they recorded in 2001 the demo-CDR 'Victory of Tiranny'. Later, after further line-up changes, they recorded 3 new songs for the 'Kult of the Black Flame' split CD. Currently their line up is: Nefastus (vocals), Dominus Sabaoth (guitar), Vulturius (bass) and Kakodaemon (drums).
