D&RGW K-27 Project - Research
A good source of K-27 photos and history is R. Robb's series of Narrow Gauge Pictorials.
Narrow Gauge Pictorials #1 and #10 have good photos of #460.
The most complete reference to all K-27s is the excellent Narrow Gauge Pictorial entitled "The Mudhens". Dennis O'Berry wrote the text for this book and it is chock full of photos and history.

Photos of many different D&RGW K-27s can be found at the Denver Public Library's Western History Archives, including three photographs of #460.
