About This Layout

wELL THIS IS MY OTHER ROSE COWBOY BEBOP LAYOUT. How do you like it? I was inspired by so many different sites that I've actually been redesigning this site for a while. I was going to use a black scroll bar, but when it came down to it the clear one looked best with this layout. I love the clear scroll bar because it basically looks good on any layout design. But I sometimes like to use solid color scroll bars to fit solid layouts.
