Pan walked down the deserted alley street waiting for the last bus to pull in. The young woman glanced around wearily, she had the distinct feeling of being watched, it was late, around ten o'clock, her stupid job at that damn company. Pan really wished she had the courage to get a job at Capsule Corp., but couldn't bear to allow such a blow to her pride (never would she ask for handouts!). She would have flown, but the news reporters had been watching the skies like mad lately, apparently, someone had spotted someone flying. It turned out to be Trunks and Vegeta, who had been having a friendly spar (as friendly as any spar with Vegeta was), and things got out of hand. The two ended up fighting above the city streets and attracted much attention. Ah, Trunks, her love, of course he had no idea, she would never tell him directly, but she loved him all the same. Love, she thought she loved him, at least, but wasn't sure; might have been a crush, might have been more, that she could not answer. She sighed again and looked around wearily, where WAS that damn bus?
Pan felt a slight pressure on her back, round, cold, and metal; a gun. "Damn it all to HELL!" She yelled whipping around. "This is really NOT my night buddy, so if you'll please leave me in peace, I might let you live." She said angrily tapping her foot.
"Feisty, I like that. Now hand over all your cash and jewelery, and I won't blow you to bits." The man said pushing the gun to her stomach for emphasis. Three more thugs came out of the shadows, each holding a weapon, guns, knives, and bats. "Your money, now, it's your money or something else." The man said running a finger along her cheek and grinning stupidly, voice slurred, and the destinct smell of alchohal on his breath.
"Shit!" She cursed stomping her foot. She looked up towards the sky as if comtemplating whether to jump in the air or not, the man made the descision for her by roughly pushing her hands over her head, against the brick wall behind her, while still holding the gun toward her. "I don't have any money or jewelery."
"Then give me your capsules, babe." Another said.
"I don't HAVE and DAMN CAPSULES!" She yelled again. "If I did, I wouldn't have been waiting for the BUS!"
"Oh well, more fun for me." The one holding her arms said.
"No!" She exclaimed trying to squirm from his grasp, but failing. "You can't do that! Do you know what my father will do to you?!"
One of the others came by and pulled her knee length, black skirt and panties off..."No, please." She whimpered.

Juunana-gou was walking down the street when a noise caught his attention. He had been wandering aimlessly for the past few hours, he was thinking about his deminishing relationship with is twin sister due to her family. Marron had gotten married, to Uub of course, and was now pregnant with her very own baby, and Juunana-gou's family ties were very quickly fading. He heard a noise, that a man of normal capacities wouldn't have heard, however his super senses, due to being an android, heard a faint cry for help. "No, please." It begged. The android ran as fast as he could toward the noise, and gasped at what he saw.

He stopped short in his tracks as he saw a large man in leather, and with a gun, shove his length into Pan and thrust in and out of her a few times.
She cried out sharply in pain. "Please stop." She whimpered. "Kami, have mercy. Please."
"Pan!" He yelled, it was too late, the damage had been done.
"Look, it's a pretty boy!" One of them yelled. The man that had just robbed Pan of her dignity and virginity pulled out of her and looked over just in time to see Juunana-gou slam into him full force, and knock him into the wall. The gangster fell with a sickening thud as his neck broke fast and loud. Pan slumped to the ground and wept softly, she briefly noticed hurried footsteps retreating from the alleyway and being picked up gently by an unknown stranger. She glanced up between her sobs and tears and spoke. "Juunana." She breathed before passing out cold in his caring, protecting arms.

Pan woke up the next morning, her eyes opening drowzily, as she realized she was laying in a bed. A bed quite a bit smaller than her own, glancing around the room, she noticed she was also not in her home. Memories from the previous night flooded back to her as she felt the still terrible ache between her legs. ::My Kami, why me?:: She asked as she slowly pushed herself up and inspected the room more closely. She caught a glimpse of someone, face down, at the desk nearby. The person had silky black hair, like her own, as far as she could see, and was wearing a black shirt with a long-sleeved, white one underneath and blue jeans. There was a gun in a holster around his waist, a gun! Pan gasped when she saw it, was this one of the men who did this to her? No, someone had come, killed him, and taken her here. "Juunana-gou." She whispered. He stirred and sat up slowly, turning around and meeting her black eyes with his crystal blue ones, identical to his sister's. "Pan-chan." He said standing up. "You're up, how do you feel?" ::Smooth move, exlax, how do you think she feels?:: He mocked himself.
"Like I've been kicked in the crotch." She said, not smiling at all. Juunana sat down on the bed near her feet.
"I tried to call your house, but no one was home, probably looking for you." He said, setting a hand on the lower part of her leg, she flinched and he pulled his hand off quickly. It occured to him that after an event like that, sitting on a bed, with a man, even if it was one you'd know since before you could talk, would be nerve-racking to say the least. "They will probably be around any minute now." Pan nodded and tried to swallow the lump that had formed in her throat, but it only grew larger. She felt a familiar tingling in her eyes, and blinked several times, to hold back the tears that would inevitably come. Several crystal clear tears rolled down her face, she blinked a few more times, but the tears came anyway.
"Why me?" She whispered crying, and drawing her knees close to her body, ignoring her aching womanhood, and taking the sheet with her. Juunana stared at her with her mouth open slightly for a few seconds before slowly moving over and drawing her close to himself, rocking her quivering form gently, and rubbing her back soothingly. It was a few more minutes until he heard his front door break down and two angry and bewildered demi-Saiyans burst through the room and stop short in thier tracks at the sight. There on the little single bed, was Juunana-gou, holding a weeping Pan, and attempting to comfort her, but to no avail.
Gohan and Goten stood watching for several more minutes before Gohan gathered the sense to ask what was going on. "Juunana-gou, what is going on here?!" Gohan demanded, more than a little unnerved at the fact that he was holding Pan, on a bed, who appeared to be wearing nothing but a sheet aside from her shirt.
Juunana looked up to acknowledge the men. "Pan was attacked last night." He told them, swallowing hard and slowly meeting Gohan's peircing gaze. "And raped." Goten looked shocked and then went Super Saiyan. He looked earily calm.
"I'll kill the bastards." He ground out, ki flaring dangerously on the verge of level two.
Gohan just stared at Juunana holding his weeping baby girl in his arms and rocking her gently back and forth.
"I've already taken care of that, Goten." He said. Goten dropped out of SSJ but his ki was still flaring dangerously and irratically. "I tried to call you last night after I found her, but no one answered. I thought it would be best if I stayed with her, so I didn't bring her to your house, she was passed out cold and mine was closer."
Gohan continued to stare, his breathing had increased in depth and intesity, and he was shaking uncontrollably with rage, hate, anger, sympathy. Not daring go Super Saiyan, lest he destroy the house and a good portion of the planet with his pure rage. Juunana kept rubbing her back soothingly as she continued crying, as Vegeta and Trunks ran into the room with bewildered expressions on thier faces.
"What the hell is going on here?" Vegeta asked, taking in the scene and noticing Gohan and Goten's ki flaring and lowering in attempts to stay under control.
"Pan!" Trunks said coming in the room around his father. "Gohan, what happened?" Trunks had felt Goten reach damn near SSJ 2 and Gohan's ki moving up and down.
"Pan was.." Gohan rasped, loathing in his voice. "..was.." He couldn't say it, couldn't belive such a terrible, vile thing had happened to his only daughter. Vegeta focused his thoughts on Pan's, using his Saiyan telekenetics to speak to her.
::Pan, tell me what happened.:: Vegeta thought to her, gently. She was too traumatized to think back coherent words, so images flashed randomly in front of his eyes and in his mind at the same time. Images of the man plunging into her, thrusting harshly in and out of her, holding the gun to her, pinning her hands above her head, Juunana-gou killing the man that had violeted her, and him picking her up and gently carrying her to his house in the woods before she passed out. Vegeta shook his head and snapped out of it, his knees felt weak, he grabbed the door frame for support. "Pan..." He whispered. Pan had always been like a second daughter to him, as much as he hated to admit it, he had formed a bond much like the one he had shared with Kakarrot, with her. He had trained her, fought with her and beside her, taken her and Bra to countless shopping places, and now this. He struggled not to flare into Super Saiyan much the way Goten had, getting the strength back to his knees he swiftly strode over to the bed, sat down next to Juunana-gou, and picked Pan up rocking her, in much the same manner as Juunana-gou. To hell with what everyone thought, they hadn't seen what she had seen, what they both had seen, didn't have the sense to comfort her, and so he did.
Gohan looked once more at the scene before flying out the door and into the sky. Goten looked like he was going to explode again, and Trunks laid a hand on his shoulder, leading him out of the room. He didn't understand what had happened; although he was starting to get a good idea of it, but he thought Goten would just make it worse there.
The older demi-Saiyan was several hundered feet in the sky when his anger, hate, and pain, bubbled over and his body exploded with energy. He went SSJ 2 fired multiple blasts into the air, then landing, proceeded to blow the trees around into bits with his break-neck speed punches. Goten and Trunks were in the next room over from Pan, Vegeta, and Juunana-gou.
"Goten, please don't tell me what happened, was what I think happened." Trunks asked nervously. Pan had been like a sister to him, how could *this* happen. Goten nodded and clenched his fists so hard he drew blood, his eyes didn't focus on anything or anyone at all. Trunks felt his ki rising rapidly, and tried to calm himself by breathing deeply.

"I should have flown while I had the chance...should have brought my car capsule." She mumbled into Vegeta's pink 'badman' shirt.
"It's not your fault, Pan." He whispered in her ear. "He had a gun, you're still human enough to be hurt by bullets."
"Too human," she wept. "Too...weak." She said, crying harder still.
Juunana-gou looked at Vegeta holding Pan, rocking her back and forth on his knee, pushing her hair from her eyes, and saying soothing words. He had never seen Vegeta act this way before, he had only seen the battle hungry, blood thirsty Saiyan that had attempted to disassemble his sister, so many years ago. He suspected they had some kind of mental link, like he and Bulma aparently had, and Goten and Bra seemed to be developing. So he watched ::How did he know the man had a gun?:: He asked himself. ::must be the mental link they have...a bond maybe? Like the one Goku had claimed to have with his sons and Vegeta? A warrior's bond, or maybe...a daughter's.:: Juunana pondered, not dare moving from his place lest he disturb the now-calming Pan, and the comforting Vegeta. He sensed Gohan's power flare higher then he had ever dared to let it before; SSJ 2 with the mystic power-up. ::He could destroy every one of us, except maybe Vegeta.::
Juunana-gou stood up, meeting Vegeta gaze, and nodded before exiting the room, only to see Trunks and Goten staring at him.
"Did you see it happen?" Trunks asked.
"Hai, I was only a second to late..." He looked down painfully. "Just one second."
Trunks didn't know what to think of it..he looked sad, remorseful, even though it wasn't his fault, no one ordinary would have heard anything.
"You should have let him suffer." Goten said, fists still clenched.
"I would have, but all I could think to do was get him away from her. I broke his neck, hopefully he lived long enough to see me glare at him, just to feel the pain and shame she felt."
"So terrible." Trunks said. "Her first time with a monster like that." Juunana and Goten looked over. "She always said...she wanted her first time to be special, with the one she truely loved."
"Maybe someone should go tell Videl what's happened." Juunana suggested.
"Iie, we should let Gohan tell her." Goten nodded slowly in agreement.
"Hai." The cyborg said again.

Pan just sat, shaking in Vegeta's arms, she had cried all her tears, and could only breath ragged, uneven breaths, and shake. They just sat there, for several minutes, they were kindred spirits, both knowing the humiliation of having your pride and dignity battered and lost. Pan's breathing became more even as her sobbing subsided. Pan finally became aware of more than just her sobbing, pain, and humiliation, and realized that she was infact, sitting on Vegeta's lap, and he was rubbing her back and rocking her slowly.
"Arigato, Vegeta-san." She said leaning onto his chest again. Pan looked up slightly, her onyx pupils met his, he smiled down at her, few people had ever seen his smile, and pushed her silky black hair from her face.
"You need to clean up, Pan-chan." He said softly.
"Hai, Vegeta-san." She replied, he stood up, carrying her, and making sure the sheet was wrapped firmly around her, and exited the bedroom.

Goten and Trunks jumped up from the sofa when they saw Vegeta enter with Pan. "Pan!" They both exclaimed at the same time. Juunana-gou shook his head when they started to go towards her. "Leave her be." He said and Vegeta nodded, they had come to some kind of silent agreement.
"Where is your bathroom?" Vegeta asked quietly. Juunana led him down a narrow hallway, stopping briefly in his room to gather a shirt and a pair of jeans, and a towel and then led Vegeta, Pan in tow, to his bathroom. He started up the tub and filled it with warm water about 3/4's full, setting the clothes and towel on the back of the toilet and left. Vegeta set Pan down on wobbly legs and she balanced herself before walking ackwardly over to the tub. Vegeta gave her one last look before leaving the bathroom and pulling the door shut behind.
Pan slowly unwrapped the sheet from her slim waist and slinked her t-shirt over her head, and slowly slid into the warm water, letting it carress her skin. She felt dirty, used, violated, and ashamed, and now it was too late. She was all too aware of the steady ache between her legs where her most private barrier had been broken, it had been worse, she thought, because she was so terrified that she would be violated that her body was tense. At least Juunana-gou had saved her from any further pain, or worse, and Vegeta had assured her it wasn't her fault. Trunks and Goten were angry, and her father was enraged. She could feel her father's powerful ki blasting the forest to pieces. With her eighthteenth birthday approaching steadily, this was the worst thing that had ever happened to her, why now? ::Why me? What did I do to deserve this?:: She thought as she scrubbed herself off, making her pale skin raw, trying to rid herself from the stench and dirt that she had been littered with.

Vegeta stepped outside and watched Gohan punching random trees into toothpicks. He walked over to him and looked him in they eye, then decked him right across the face.
"Get a hold of yourself! You are doing more damage than good by getting out of control." Vegeta didn't yell, just explained.
Gohan powered down to level one then all the way down. He was suddenly overcome by sudden sadness, he should have been protecting his baby, not at some stupid dinner party at the Satan residence. He felt a warm tear slide down his face, but quickly turned away so Vegeta wouldn't see his weakness. He had earned some kind of respect from Vegeta over the years, and didn't need all his work to be a waste just because he couldn't keep his feelings in check. More tears slid down his face until his shoulders sagged and shook. Vegeta watched for a few moments before hesitantly placing a gloved hand on the younger man's shoulder. "Why my baby?" He whispered, salty tears still gliding down his face and landing on the ground below. "It's not fair." He whispered again. "I should have been with her...protected my only child." He cried, sliding down to his knees on the ground, covering his face in his hands. Vegeta watched for a few minutes before kneeling down in front of him and taking firm hold of his shoulders and shaking him lightly. Gohan looked up at him, broken, defeated, and utterly pained.
"Listen to me." Vegeta said. "This is not anyone's fault, but the bastard that did it." Vegeta informed him quietly. Ever since Kakarrot decided to go on his extended vacation with the dragon, Vegeta had become more like a father figure to Gohan and Goten. Vegeta honored Goku by keeping an eye on his family for him, it was what a true warrior should do for thier fallen comrad.
"But...I could have.." He said, shoulders still slumping.
He shook the younger Saiyan harder. "It's not your fault, not hers, not Juunana's, there was nothing we could do. We didn't know. There was no warning sign, no premonition, no way to stop it until it was too late."
"What would you do if it were Bra?" He asked.
"The same thing as you did, until I got back to my senses and realized that my little girl needed me. She needs you, not me, or the tin can, she needs her family. And her family, is you." Vegeta said, standing up. Gohan followed his eyes. "You can either continue to blow up the forest, or you can take your daughter home and put together the peices of her life." Vegeta finished and then turned and took to the air.
"Arigato, Vegeta-san." Gohan whispered before heading back into the house.

"Gohan!" Trunks said, jumping up from the chair. He could see Gohan's red, puffy eyes and tearstained face. "Are you all right, Gohan?"
"I'll live." He said, still not meeting direct eye contact. "Where's Pan?"
"She cleaning off. She should be out soon, she's been in there since before Vegeta left." Trunks said. "Gohan, if there's anything you need to talk about, or if you just need someone to talk to, I'm always here. Okay?"
"Hai, Trunks-chan, you're like your father, a good friend." Gohan said before walking down the hallway and standing outside the bathroom door. After several minutes, Pan emerged from the small bathroom, wearing a pair of Juunana-gou's old jeans and a large baggy shirt. She had her arms crossed tightly around herself and her legs weren't in their normal confident stance, she was looking at the floor. She nervously glanced up to her father's eyes, so sure she would see dissapointment, anger, anything but the sadness and compassion she was seeing in his eyes. She felt tears slide swiftly down her cheeks again, this time she didn't bother hiding her pain, as her father hugged her and they collapsed on the floor crying in eachother's arms.
"Oh, Pan-chan. I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you." He whispered in her ear.
"I'm sorry I didn't get away while I could. I'm so sorry, daddy." She wept openly, allowing herself and her feelings to pour out with her tears.
Gohan looked her straight in the face, tears still falling, unheeded, from his eyes. "It wasn't your fault, Pan-chan, don't ever think it was your fault. Ever." She said pulling her close again. "Ever."
"Daddy." She continued to cry on his shoulder, and at one point Trunks and Goten came and sat in the hall way and held them, wishing they could help the pain, but knowing there was nothing they could do. So they held eachother tight, so they would never lose eachother again.
***
Juunana-gou looked on at the scene wistfully, wishing that he could have a family that cared for him that much, someday. Cared for him enough to hold him and never let him go, to feel his pain and joy, sorrow and happiness, to just hold him. A single tear fell from his eye and landed on the wooden floor lightly, he cried for Pan, her family, himself, and even the soul that was evil enough to do that to her. The male cyborg slipped back into the shadows and continued to watch the family and friend mend the damage that had ravaged their very souls.
