Data of Yuka Takeuchi
About Yuka
Your typical (but with a somewhat unusual bust size O_O) teenage waitress.
Yuka is the sole, hot blooded heroine of V.G. She is a V.G. fighter with
the very common type of fighting style known to all as karate. Yuka searches
throughout Japan for tough and worthy opponents to test her skills on.
A trained user of the traditional art of karate skills could be considered
weak when you compare them to someone like Jun (who uses the wrestling
style). The only thing that is keeping her from being an unworthy fighter
herself is the power of her aura. This power is believed to be the strongest
one around (because of Yuka's long friendship with Satomi, the aura represents
the link between the two when either one of them gets into any trouble).
Yuka also has the uncanny ability to makes friends out of her enemies (after
beating them up, that is). No other reasons.
Hanna Millers
As you might have figured out by the name of this restaurant, it only serves
gourmet American-style food: Burgers, Fries [In Japan, you can also say
Fried Potato], Milkshakes, Sundaes, etc.
The Japanese have been very fond of American food for decades which is
why you see fastfood restaurants around the world. Hence the quote, "Would
you like Fries with that?"
Advanced
V.G.
Before Yuka trained to become a V.G. fighter she had a very sad past. Her
loneliness came when her parents died while she was young. As a very young
baby, she was put into the lab where her DNA was taken (her parents did
it for her safety).
Yuka made good use of many years of practice by defeating every competitor
in a no win streak. As Yuka got closer to her goal, she encountered something
unusual at her restaurant that was going to change her life forever: an
exact clone of herself!
This leads her to investigate the strange events behind the tournament.
One such factor is how the clone was a sign that V.G. was going to use
her DNA to create an army of clones. Yuka is also suspicious of Reimi because
of the aura which rivals her own (but after her encounter with Miranda,
she realized that Reimi is not her real enemy). Yuka felt a little powerless,
even though she won the tournament. She decided to leave her restaurant
feeling a little upset.
Advanced
V.G. 2
Traumatized by the events in the last tournament, Yuka puts herself into
isolation, living a depressed life alone. That is, until she was visited
by a young fan girl named Tamao.
Yuka became less of what she was because she was in unstable condition
(because of the depression) when she was fighting with Jun. She later encountered
Reimi and was attacked by her and again she was not able to fight back
(which made Tamao upset and angry at Reimi).
Suddenly Yuka came back to her senses and regain the aura that had made
her once a powerful fighter. Tamao was happy that her influence made her
become a fighter once again. Yuka teams up with Tamao to stop the threat
that Miranda has created.
(Another
Story) Variable Geo OVA/Anime
Yuka in this role just basically plays the main hero in the OVA. She has
a tie-in with a mysterious old man who has first acted like a hentai, but
Yuka realized that there was something very critical in her fighting ability
that only the old man knew.
In one part, Yuka does a special trick with the ribbon that is tied around
her hair. It is by far one of the coolest looking attacks ever seen.
(Another
Story) V.G. Rebirth
Yuka continues her life as being just a waitress at Hanna Millers. Yuka
has become a more grown up, mature and serious type of girl (meaning that
she is not the silly girl she used to be). It seems that she is not too
interested in fighting because she wants to have a normal life doing the
job that she loves to do.
One day during work, she met a man about her age, claiming to be a journalist/newswriter,
who wants to ask her about the fighting waitresses. The two had somehow
become friends. The problem is that the man has never heard of the word
"Variable Geo" before. How will Yuka explain the dirty truth to him? |
