This is a grey (or timber) wolf. This was my first major project on a fairly large rock. I researched what Timber wolves look like and had a few pictures with me. This was also the first rock I included young with any creature.
The rock weighs somewhere around 45 pounds. I had painted it and then taken it outside to spray with that liquid plastic stuff and I just left it there. I think that my mom has already adopted it by now. I can do better then that now but at the time I had painted it, it was quite a revelation. I really screwed up the tail by painting it too much. It blends into the whole body alot more then it should.
The pups are cute.
