More information on my two painted canvas'

Cat Canvas: The one on the left has 10 wild cats on the edge and a cat quote in the middle. The cats, starting from the top left, are Lion, Jaguar, Ocelot, Bobcat, Lynx, Couger, Tiger, Serval, Cheetah, and Fishing Cat.

The quote is "The really great thing about cats is their endless variety but under the fur, whatever color it may be, still lies, essentially unchanged, one of the world's free souls."

I acually took a little bit out of the quote because otherwise it would have been much too big for my idea. The yellow and blue are around because I needed some colour and those colours were easy and plentiful. I didn't want to have to mix up a bunch of colours again and again. I used up quite a lot.

Mythical Madness: My canvas on the right has a gryphon, a unicorn, and a pegusus. The general storyline is that the unicorn and pegusus are holding the fort against the one gryphon while waiting for reinforcements. I'm not sure why I put the waterfall in except that it was in my original blueprints and I never thought about taking it out. It adds some visual interest if anything. Many might say that gryphons don't spit lightning but this is my painting and the lightning looks good against the blue background. The pegusus is creating a shield against the lightning to protect it while the unicorn goes on the offensive with a fireball. I like all of the extra things I put in this painting like the rainbow and moon
An old style unicorn with goat legs, lion tail, horse body, and a single spiral horn in the center of the forehead.
The top-left hand side of my picture, a rainbow with stars and a half-hidden moon.
