I live with my mom, dad, older sister (when she's not in college), and dog Chance. I rode for 2 years when I was very little (4-6) but had to stop when my instructor moved, so I started up again 5 years ago at Victory Stables, Inc. I've ridden lots of "greenies" there and they have all taught me a lot. I've shown since my 4th month of lessons (I did student shows until the end of my first year).

I ride hunt seat (I love equitation) and I'm starting dressage. I ride a 15.3h, 9 year old, Warmblood/Paint gelding named Jeffrey. He puts up with everything, he's a really good horse! I've jumped him up to 2'6." I show at SSHC and am riding in Hunter Pleasure, Novice Hunter, Maiden Equitation on the flat and Limit equ on the flat. He's pretty good at dressage as well so my instructor and I took him to two schooling shows and rode Training Level (test 1). I was supposed to take him to the NE Jr/Yr Dressage Championships in August as well, but plans fell through. I also ride a 14 3/4hh bay pony mare named "Mama" who's an awesome hunter pony! She's very sensitive; she always fixes my position when I ride her (I think her conformation matches mine pretty well but she's a bit short), is a lot of fun, and taught me all about soft aids and proper use of my seat! I used to volunteer at a therapeutic riding program at the MA hospital school, so feel free to ask me questions about my experience. And I worked with a pony there named Misty for over a year.
