Memories.
Memories.

Dedicated to my bro Haare,
who shared his past with me.

I remember way back when,
Life was as hard as the men,
As a boy I was eager to learn,
What in fact I really had to earn.
For though life was harsh at that time,
I had to fight often for what was mine,
There's a balance between pleasure and pain,
If I could, I'd live it again,
Cause I recall the fun we had,
With my dog, myself and my Dad,
Like hiding away in the long grass,
After my Dad had booted my a--e,
Or being a kid, that packs a sad,
Hiding till dark, then back to my Dad.
For no matter how many problems I face,
Home with my Dad, was the safest place.
For that was a happy time for me,
When times were tough,
But the spirit was free.
