Half of a life time,
You'd think I would've learned
The secrets to being 60,
With energy to burn,
For I have lived through some hectic years,
which were full of heartbreaking tears,
The health being up and down,
And Hospitals coming out of my ears.
But life has changed for the better,
Where I am slim, trim and mean,
And things are falling into place,
As If I were in a Dream.
So bring it on, I say to myself,
Has the next phase already begun?
There is just so much to do,
Now that I'm 60 Years Young.
