Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 10 years practice training and/or experience and demonstrated ability pertaining to discipline.

Functional Responsibility:

• Performs non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity.  Receives objective and technical advice from supervisor or engineer; work is reviewed for technical adequacy. 
• Assists the technical project lead in the analysis of systems requirements, development of systems architectures, development of system integration approaches, preparation of detailed test plans and investigation of system problems.
• May be assisted by lower level technicians.

Minimum Education: AAS degree or equivalent.
