Minimum/General Experience: 10 years of progressive experience in various security related fields such as security management, personnel security, industrial security, information security, and physical security.  Individual must also be highly experienced and knowledgeable in Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) procedures and extremely familiar with security responsibilities regarding “special access required” programs.

Functional Responsibility:

• Analyze and design mid to complex security requirements for Multilevel Security (MLS) issues.
• Designs, develops, engineers and implements solutions to MLS requirements.
• Gather and organize technical information about an organization’s mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena.
• Perform risk and risk assessment as required.
• Maintains data access logs and establishes security procedures to protect “classified” information.

Minimum Education: Recognized expert in his/her field of endeavor.
