SONG OF ISRAEL, THROUGH TEMPEST AND TRAVAIL TO TRIUMPH There is in the darkness, gentle quiet moments of tenderness, a touch, a smile, embrace. "I love you". Conception takes place in those quiet gentle moments of intimacy. The cosmos is in harmony and man and wife enjoy this shabat blessing of matrimonial union. Riches upon riches experience is heightened till pleasures are beyond comprehension, spinning, spinning, making new and unusual configerations as the creative juices flow in the abundance from the soul. This is the way it was meant to be I am one with thee I am one with thee. Draw me closer, deep in your embrace I rest my weary heart betwixt your comforting breasts as you sustain my youth and my vigour. Lifegiving resilience flows from between your loins. This is the day This is the day I have created just for you You and I together will prevail. Surely it is as the prophets have foretold: can a child be born in a day? This is it! Celebrate! Dance! Lift up your feet--clap your hands! A wonder to behold after all these years finally the day is here. A long journey it was across the centuries the desert, the hate, the prejudice. Enough! this is for joy! not regret. Rejoice, be glad that you have lived to see this day! Before your eyes it is coming to pass. Messiah is near, very near. Can't you hear his footsteps? Listen very closely, it is the song of Israel that he composes note by note, line by line, listen to his grand symphony! Tickle those ivories, laugh, giggle Rejoice, dance, cry, shout and stomp your feet! No time for silence No time for passivity. Be renewed with vigour, strength, virility Look to God He is the source of all of this. Imagine, imagine... No, don't! It's too impossible. Just experience it. Experience Him as His love and strength flows through and over you moving you forwards with a purpose and with vigour. It is to complete the perfect harmony the picture of completion shalom and rest The ultimate pleasure sitting at the right hand of the most high God. But dance, dance! lift up your feet, don't stop dance till you are too tired to dance anymore Strength comes from Him In Him we triumph In Him we are victoious Halleluyah, Rejoice in Him Most High One. |
