This chain grants the user odd abilities. One has control over how light is reflected off of objects, giving a wide variety of abilities. Objects can reflect light differently, making them appear to have different colors. Or, light can be bent and not reflect off of an object at all, giving it invisibility. One can't forget that air counts as an object, so it too can have colors changed to make it appear as though there's something there...
