BG Info: This issue took some planning. Since it deals with one of the Celestial Chains, I originally had it as a plot-builder issue. I looked it over, and after about a week of ignoring it, I said to myself, "It's not funny, and it's not gonna work out..." So I rethought my strategy and made it a half-action half-humor issue... which works out a lot better.
Little stuff: At the end of printing the preorders out, my printer began malfunctioning... so the last 3 preorders were late. Bad stuff...
Also, this was the first issue I colored with Photoshop.
